You'll start with a movement screening and flexibility assessment and then work through some common movement patterns and workouts that will set you up for success in your group sessions.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a workout.
Upon completion of the on-ramp sessions, you'll be able move into our small group sessions with confidence. If through the on-ramp session, we find that one-on one sessions would be to your benefit or if you just prefer them, we are happy to work with you one on one!
